Shawn Tock has been practicing law since 2006.   Working exclusively in the area of commercial litigation, Shawn learned from the outset that most parties would benefit from the early intervention of a mediator.  As a result, Shawn established his mediation practice at Tock Dispute Resolution to complement his work as a litigator.

Shawn has earned the designation of Qualified Mediator from the ADR Institute of Canada.  He is committed to working with TDR's clients to reach creative and efficient solutions to their disputes.
